JOB POSITION:
We’re looking for a driven, self starting operations manager to help make our internal teams and systems the most effective they can be. This includes developing standard operating procedures for team members as well as hiring and organizing teams, sending invoices to our partners, and optimizing communications internally. The ideal candidate will be able to follow a process developed by department heads, as well as have the ability to evolve and come up with their own improvements based on learnings from their previous edits. There will be deadlines that must be met in order to maintain output schedule for the projects they are responsible for.
This person will:
– Develop systems to help team members and partnerships improve their day to day efficiency
– Be responsible for the entirety of the projects and assets they are tasked with managing.
– Collaborate with other team members to understand what is needed.
– Suggest improvements that can be made to internal systems.
– Maintain project quality consistently week over week.
You Have:
– 3+ years of experience in project management and/or system management
– 3+ years of experience with modern social media platforms.
– A strong ability to collaborate with others.
– A strong interest in general social media culture.
– Self-starting ambition, curiosity, and fearlessness
– A positive mindset with a desire to grow as a person and professional
– Fluent in English language
